What is our 5 Step Process?
Step 1: Inspection
We start with a thorough inspection, identifying debris buildup, blockages, and any gutter damage. If we find any issues, we provide photos for your review.
Step 2: Debris Removal
We carefully remove all leaves, twigs, and buildup from your gutters using gentle yet effective tools. All removed debris is hauled away.
Step 3: Downspout Check & Clearing
We ensure downspouts are free of blockages for proper water flow. If a clog cannot be cleared with standard methods (which is rare), disassembly may be required—this is a separate service performed only with approval.
Step 4: Secure & Reinforce
We hammer in loose gutter nails and secure any unstable downspouts at no extra cost, reinforcing your system’s durability.
Step 5: Final Rinse & Inspection
If possible we flush the gutters and downspouts to remove any remaining debris, ensuring they function properly for upcoming rainfall.
This streamlined process ensures your gutters are clean, secure, and ready to protect your property.

Why Regular Gutter Cleaning is Essential
Gutter maintenance isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about preventing major problems. Here’s what happens when gutters aren’t cleaned regularly:
- Foundation Damage: Clogged gutters allow water to overflow, pooling around your foundation and leading to cracks or even structural instability.
- Roof Leaks & Rot: Standing water and excess debris can cause roof shingles to deteriorate, leading to leaks and rot.
- Gutter Damage: The extra weight from debris and water can pull gutters away from the fascia, leading to sagging or complete detachment.
- Pest Infestations: Stagnant water and damp debris in your gutters attract insects, rodents, and other unwanted pests.
- Mold & Mildew Growth: Poor water drainage can lead to excess moisture, promoting mold and mildew growth inside and outside your home.
To prevent these issues, we recommend scheduling professional gutter cleaning at least twice a year—once in the spring and again in the fall before the rainy season.
Do You Need Gutter Cleaning? Signs to Watch For
- Water overflowing from gutters during rainstorms
- Plants or weeds growing in the gutters
- Sagging or pulling away from the fascia
- Pest activity near your roofline
- Staining on your siding from water overflow
If you notice any of these signs, it’s time to schedule a professional cleaning before further damage occurs.
