Welcome to All Seasons Cleaning Services ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and all related communications. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

All Seasons Cleaning Services provides exterior cleaning and home services throughout Washington and Oregon, including but not limited to:

  • Pressure washing and soft washing
  • Roof cleaning and moss treatment
  • Gutter cleaning and repair
  • Window cleaning
  • Landscaping and hardscaping
  • Tree services
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Holiday lighting installation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service at our discretion, including for safety concerns, property conditions, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Service Scheduling & Property Access

Services are scheduled based on mutual agreement between you and our team. By scheduling a service, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service
  • Secure pets, remove obstacles, and ensure a clear work area prior to our arrival
  • Be available or designate a representative to authorize work on your behalf

Weather conditions in the Pacific Northwest may require rescheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any weather-related delays and reschedule at the earliest available time at no additional charge.

3. Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if actual conditions differ from what was initially described or observed. Factors that may affect final pricing include:

  • Property size, condition, and accessibility
  • Scope of work exceeding original estimate
  • Additional services requested on-site

Bundled service pricing may be available when multiple services are booked together. Any pricing changes will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Invoice (net terms as specified)

Late payments may be subject to a service charge. Unpaid balances beyond 30 days may be referred to a collections agency. We reserve the right to suspend future services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any reasonable concerns or re-perform the service at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the scope of work originally agreed upon and does not cover pre-existing conditions or unreasonable requests.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a required deposit for future bookings
  • Rescheduling is always free when adequate notice is provided

7. Property & Liability

We take every precaution to protect your property during service. However, you acknowledge that:

  • Pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose siding, damaged gutters, aging paint) may be affected by cleaning or service work
  • You are responsible for disclosing known hazards, including unstable structures, underground utilities, or environmental concerns
  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic documentation

We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate property damage claims promptly and fairly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Seasons Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All Seasons Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured:

  • Oregon CCB License: 253289

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage to protect both our team and our customers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of All Seasons Cleaning Services and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Washington.
